We're looking for an intermediate level Project Manager to oversee multiple building restoration projects, specializing in building envelope systems and concrete repair.
What you'll do:
- Manage 2–3 restoration projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, site operations, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Conduct site visits, manage project documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in building restoration or construction.
- Experience with building envelope, cladding, sealants, or concrete restoration is a strong asset.
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
