and ongoing maintenance of analytic products to support variousPBMofferings and initiatives.Quantitative results of one-off analytics work to supportvarioussenior decision making.Lead ongoing and/or ad-hocSpecialty Pharmacyrequests to strengthen and differentiatePharmacyproduct and drug benefitsadministrationstrategies.Conduct exploratory data analysis toidentifytrends, patterns, and insights in pharmacy claims data.Design and implement automation of reports and creation of dashboards for thePBMadministration team.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORUniversity degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, pharmacy,or other health relatedfield.3+ years of experience in an analytics-driven role, problem solving and developing data stores and providing data access for business users.Curiosity,self-motivation,andstrongsense of accountability and ownership of the processes.Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data and the Canadian druglandscape.Competencies in both pharmaceutical and analytics domains preferred.Ability to process and manipulatelarge amountsof data.Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Advanced Excel skills.Creative thinking and innovation in the field of data analytics.Ability to transform and curate data from multiple sources for the purpose of visualization and advanced analytics.Knowledge of SQLand R,familiarity with databases (e.G.,Oracleor GoogleBigQuery)and visualization tools (e.G., Power BI or Tableau)Client focused and proven relationship building skills.Excellent interpersonal,communicationand presentation skills.Stronganalytical andproblem-solving skills.Demonstrated facilitation and consultative skills.NICE TO HAVESUnderstanding ofgroup benefits,insuranceindustry, andhealth and benefits administration.Understanding of pharmaceutical Product Listing Agreementsin the Canadian context.Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships, someexperience in growing relationships with current clients.Bilingualism (French/English).THE CULTUREWe believe a career should be meaningful.
