Responsibilities:

- Ensure thatTrican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities
- Perform repairsand upgrades to control systems while ensuring that Trican’s ElectronicStandards are met
- Ensure FieldEmployees are aware of how the various electrical systems are employed tospecific unit applications
- Maintain two-waycommunication with the Team Lead, Electronics Coordinator and Managementto ensure proper standards in the repairs, upgrades and techniques arebeing applied to the equipment
- Reportdeficiencies found to the Lead Electronics Technician or ElectronicsCoordinator
- Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of new technology





Experience& Skills:

- 2-yearpost-Secondary education in electronics, electrical or instrumentation ora related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experienceand education
- Experience withfracturing equipment is preferred
- Valid Class 5Driver’s License
- Physically Fit –heavy lifting required
- Basic computer,serial communications and network troubleshooting skills are required
- Ability toconsistently and accurately identify and troubleshoot problems
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior fieldservice experience is preferred
- Solid leadershipand managerial skills
