Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters following events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. As a Project Manager, you will manage each assigned project from start to finish by communicating, managing costs, and delivering a superior brand experience. This role involves spending a significant amount of time in the field. We are seeking individuals with a strong sales and service background. Ideal Project Manager Is self‑motivated Likes working with people Is organized, flexible, and able to prioritize and manage time Thrives under high‑stress situations Works well in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting Is willing to work hard Construction project management experience is preferred, but not necessary. Some sales experience is preferred.
