You’ll help shape the company’s marketing initiatives while training our members to become better marketers themselves.What You’ll DoPlan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms.Write and edit compelling ad and campaign copy that drives engagement and conversion.Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.Coach and mentor team members on best practices for generating leads and nurturing prospects.Work closely with management and design teams to align messaging and creative.Explore new tools, trends, and channels to keep our marketing fresh and effective.Who You Are2–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or growth strategy,
