- Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within financial services, real estate, construction, facilities, or a related industry.
- Strong project coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
- Experience leading project teams and stakeholders throughout the real estate delivery project lifecycle
- Experience monitoring construction progress to identify and resolve difficult and sometimes complex design or construction issues that are not immediately evident in a timely manner
