The Business Analyst partners with Delivery Owners, Technical Owners, and squad members to ensure technology solutions align with business strategies while supporting predictable, high-quality delivery.This position operates within a culture of accountability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. The Business Analyst learns evolving ways of working (including AI-enabled practices) and develops stakeholder communication skills.
