This is a critical leadership role that offers aclear path to Director of Finance, with a planned succession expected within the next year.In the current phase, the focus will be on core FP&A responsibilities — budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. Longer term, this role is being positioned to take the reins of the full finance function as the organization evolves its financial structure and impact model. The ideal candidate brings a passion for purpose-driven work, strong analytical and leadership skills, and, as a bonus, experience supporting private equity or capital raise activities, which would be highly valuable during the organization’s next growth stage.ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesAnalyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-makingDevelop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track KPIsAssist in preparing materials for the Board, funders,
