Today’s processes face challenges including limited data connectivity, inconsistent cross-functional engagement, and significant time investment to create demand and supply plans.We are seeking aProgram Manager, S&OPto help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the right work, and remove blockers to successful delivery.What You'll Be DoingAs aProgram Manager, S&OPwithin ourDigital Transformation team, you will lead the planning and delivery of multiple, interconnected initiatives aligned to McCain’s global S&OP program. You will own end-to-end program execution—from initiation and planning through delivery, monitoring, and closure—ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business and contractual commitments.You will define and execute program strategies usingAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, tailoring the approach to meet business needs and drive value. Through strong program governance, team leadership, and process ownership, you will enable cross-functional teams to work effectively, remove barriers to progress, and deliver high-quality outcomes.This role requires a confident leader and communicator who can proactively manage risk, adapt plans as needed, and maintain momentum across complex, global initiatives. You will facilitate key program and stakeholder forums, partner closely with internal teams and third-party vendors, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What You'll Need To Be Successful10+ years of experience in IT or digital program delivery with deep expertise in project and program managementMinimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, with 5–7 years in progressively complex leadership roles across large programsProven success delivering enterprise-scale initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery modelsPMP and Agile certifications (CSM, Secure) strongly preferredStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and lead diverse,
