This posting reflects an existing vacancy that we are actively hiring for.Location RequirementAbility to be on‑site in the London, ON area at least 3‑to‑4 times per month.Job DescriptionAct as a trusted partner to delivery teams, providing guidance on commercial and contractual matters throughout the full lifecycle of data centre projects.Address and resolve contract interpretation challenges and disputes with creativity, ensuring solutions balance both parties’ objectives while considering long‑term impacts.Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance quality, accelerate timelines, and optimize cost efficiency in project delivery.Lead negotiations and draft key commercial terms across new contracts, variations, and contractual correspondence.Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from project kick‑off through contractor performance monitoring, delivery management,
