Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay: $110,000 - $125,000

Our client, a well-established organization in the ICI construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced M&E; Project Manager to join their team in Mississauga. Requirements:

- Oversee the mechanical and electrical scopes of ICI building projects from pre-construction through to project closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement activities
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants, and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelines
- Monitor project progress, identify risks,



and help drive solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projects
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems within commercial, institutional, or industrial projects
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, tendering, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is considered an asset
