About Rehab CEOs Rehab CEOs is a high-growth coaching and marketing company that helps physical therapy clinic owners scale profitable, well-run practices. Our websites are not “pretty brochures”—they are conversion systems, and we are in the middle of a major transition from WordPress → Next.Js across our client base. This role exists because quality, speed, and accountability matter here. The Role (Read This Carefully) We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to work directly under our Head of Website Development. This is not a junior PM role. This is not a “check-the-boxes” coordinator role. Your job is to: Ensure website projects move forward on time Catch issues before clients do Hold developers accountable to quality standards Understand the technical details well enough to make real decisions If you don’t understand web development, this role will be overwhelming. If you do understand it, this role gives you leverage and authority. What You’ll Actually Be Responsible For 1. Project Ownership & Momentum Own multiple website builds at once Track timelines, dependencies, and blockers Push projects forward when momentum slows Coordinate between developers, designers, and internal stakeholders 2. Quality Control (This Is the Core Function) Review websites before clients ever see them Catch: Layout issues Mobile responsiveness problems Performance concerns SEO basics being missed Broken links, forms, tracking, etc. Ensure sites meet Rehab CEOs’ standards—not “good enough” 3. Technical Oversight (Hands-On Knowledge Required) You must understand: Next.Js (this is where we are moving all future clients) WordPress (legacy clients still exist) Differences in workflows, deployment, and limitations between both Basic DNS management (domains, records, pointing, troubleshooting)

You don’t need to be the primary developer—but you do need to know when something is wrong and how to direct it correctly. 4. Leadership & Communication Lead with clarity and calm authority Give clear direction to developers Escalate issues early Keep leadership informed without over-communicating Translate technical issues into plain English when needed Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who: Has led projects or people before Understands both technical details AND execution Is organized, decisive, and proactive Takes pride in shipping clean, high-quality work Can say “this isn’t ready yet” and explain why This role is not for someone who: Needs step-by-step instructions Avoids accountability Doesn’t like pushing people or being pushed Only understands one platform and not the other Required Experience Experience managing website development projects Working knowledge of Next.Js Working knowledge of WordPress Basic understanding of DNS & domain management Experience leading or coordinating teams Strong written and verbal communication Compensation (U.S. / Canada) Estimated Range: $50,000 – $70,000 USD annually, depending on experience and demonstrated technical depth. Top-end compensation is reserved for candidates who: Have managed complex web projects before Can clearly explain Next.Js vs WordPress tradeoffs Show strong judgment in quality control scenarios How to Apply (This Is Mandatory) We do not consider resumes alone. To be considered, you must: Record a Loom video (3-7 minutes max) Email it to In the Loom, cover: Your past experience managing website projects Your experience with Next.Js and WordPress How you approach quality control Why you believe you would be a robust fit for this role Applications without a Loom video will not be reviewed. Final Note We move fast. We care about quality. We hire adults who own outcomes. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
