Job Overview
In the capacity of Cluster Manager, you will assume a critical leadership position directing multiple team leads or operational clusters within our AI platform division. Your core mission involves driving operational excellence across these units to ensure the fulfillment of organizational mandates and strategic targets. You will proactively navigate complex decision-making processes, identify the underlying requirements of major accounts, and demonstrate how our product suite facilitates their market expansion. As an operational leader, you will mentor and develop Sales Strategists specializing in digital advertising for B2B AI ecosystems, inspiring them to surpass performance quotas while maintaining a client‑centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet corporate sales objectives and productivity targets.
- Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction in inbound operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high‑performing sales team.
- Train and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and growth‑oriented work environment.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance against targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate sales targets, strategies, and results to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and present them to client stakeholders.
- Attend all “Train the Trainer” sessions delivered by the client (AI Platform) and support rollout through sales teams.
- Use dashboards to track, optimize, and represent performance to targets, finding opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain team compliance and understanding of compliance standards.
- Develop and execute weekly and quarterly business plans, including recovery plans when necessary.
- Present dynamic and accountable business reviews weekly.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in technology or AI sales (3–4 years) with a history of expanding market presence and general management.
- Minimum 2 years overseeing sales operations, emphasizing career development, mentorship, and high‑level coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to design innovative frameworks for fostering and sustaining robust client partnerships.
- Capacity to cultivate enduring commercial ties, secure major contracts, and manage pipelines through direct action and team empowerment.
- Skilled in extracting actionable intelligence from performance metrics using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Reliable track record in quality assurance, either in an auditing capacity or through consistent operational excellence.
- Advanced understanding of AI ecosystems, including product integration and the translation of marketing visions into high‑impact campaigns.
- Strategic acumen with the ability to synchronize immediate objectives with long‑term organizational health and sustainable growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to mentor diverse teams in matrixed settings, driving results through inspiration, collaboration, and cultural awareness.
- Acute analytical capabilities to evaluate performance, generate strategic insights, and mobilize teams to seize emerging business opportunities.

Schedule & Location
Standardized operational hours: Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Full‑time onsite presence required (5 days weekly), including a comprehensive 2‑week training. You’ll be based in Downtown Toronto, 5min from Union Station, within a vibrant innovation hub where top global companies and international talent come together.
