This role involves providing high‑quality, white‑glove support to financial advisors through phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience with system processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities Respond to advisor inquiries via phone (approximately 60%) and email (40%) Address questions related to reporting, mutual funds, and new system processes Deliver high‑quality client service with professionalism and accuracy Collaborate closely with a small, tight‑knit team to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal procedures Qualifications Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
