We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients and act as a key financial partner to founders and operators. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys client interaction, ownership, and working in a quick-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

- Own the accounting relationship for a portfolio of clients
- Review month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting prepared by the bookkeeping team
- Prepare and review financial statements, working papers, and management reporting
- Provide guidance on accounting treatment, reporting, and reconciliations
- Serve as the primary financial contact for clients, including founders, operators, and finance leads
- Lead client meetings to review financial results, tax filings,



and upcoming priorities

Qualifications

- Public accounting background preferred
- CPA designated or in final stages of completion
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively

The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
