Location: Toronto, ON (Downtown) About The Role As a Senior Business & Data Analyst – Capital Management Technology, you will translate regulatory and capital requirements into executable technology delivery across treasury and capital platforms. In this Role, You Will Translate capital management rules into detailed functional requirements and user stories. Build and maintain data lineage, controls, and governance documentation. Lead data validation, reconciliation, and testing initiatives. Create end‑to‑end data and process flows. Use advanced SQL across large datasets. Deliver Agile artifacts using Jira and Confluence. What You Must Have To Be Considered 3+ years of experience in capital management or treasury technology.



Advanced SQL and large dataset analysis. Experience translating business rules into requirements. Strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required. These Will Help You Succeed Experience with capital calculation engines. Familiarity with Axiom. Background in regulatory banking environments. Working Arrangements Hybrid role requiring three days per week on‑site at the client’s downtown Toronto office. Compensation (Pay Transparency) Base salary range: CAD 71,500 – CAD 102,000 annually.
