In this full time position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Trellis' 24/7 programs that empower vulnerable communities. You will leverage your leadership and coaching skills to enhance team dynamics, ensure compliance with standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role aligns with Trellis’ commitment to values that promote courage, empathy, learning, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead case management for program youth
• Conduct compliance audits of client records
• Promote a culture of accountability and high performance
• Develop and mentor program staff for optimal service
• Design and implement community-focused initiatives
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Services
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of working independently and in teams
• Valid driver's license with a clear record
