Conduct weekly huddles and individual development meetings
Develop and implement streamlined claims processes
Offer performance feedback and training support




Review claims for quality during monthly audits
Participate in hiring and performance evaluations

Requirements:
At least five years managing bodily injury and casualty claims
Demonstrated leadership in a technical claims setting
Solid analytical capabilities and team-focused approach
Degree or diploma in Insurance, Law, or Business required
Proven experience in performance management processes
