We’re hiring an Assistant Team Lead to support store operations, drive sales, and assist in leading a small team in a rapid-paced, hands-on retail environment.
Key Duties:
Support daily store operations, including sales, receiving, safety, and merchandising.
Assist the Team Lead in training, coaching, and engaging a team of 5–10 members.
Help deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily paperwork.
Reinforce expectations and help ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail experience; leadership or key holder experience is an asset.
Robust organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible availability — evenings and weekends required.
Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in coolers/freezers.
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.

Must be able to commute to 759 Davis Dr., Newmarket, ON L3Y 2R4
