Duties
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, ensuring proper handling of samples.




Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered at the clinic.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming workplace.

Experience
Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and scheduling.
A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing outstanding client service is essential.

Veterinary front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
