Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mat Pilates Instructor to join our Pilates studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging and effective Mat Pilates classes, helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being in a supportive and inclusive setting. Duties
Lead Mat Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique, alignment, and safety.
Develop and modify class routines to accommodate individual needs, injuries, and fitness levels.
Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance (when appropriate) to ensure participants understand exercises.
Monitor client progress and offer personalized feedback to enhance their practice.
Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain a clean, organized studio space, including mats and small Pilates props such as rings, balls, bands, and light weights.
Promote studio memberships, workshops, and special events to clients.




Stay updated on the latest Mat Pilates techniques, teaching methodologies, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Skills
Fluency in English is required.
Proven experience teaching Mat Pilates or similar mind-body fitness disciplines.
Mat Pilates certification from a recognized organization is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Effective time management skills to run classes smoothly within scheduled times.
Leadership qualities that motivate clients and foster a positive class environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual client needs, fitness levels, and physical limitations.
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Pay: $45.00 per hour
