Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front End Cashier to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a friendly, qualified manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions quickly and efficiently
Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while adhering to store policies
Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries

Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising practices, and cash handling procedures is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
