Kids & Company is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3) to foster a supportive and engaging learning workplace. Your responsibilities will include implementing an Emergent Curriculum and collaborating with professionals while ensuring children feel secure and nurtured.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily documentation and attendance records
Implement educational practices that focus on child growth
Support emotional and behavioral well-being
Conduct health and safety checks regularly
Facilitate transitions within classrooms as needed

Requirements:
Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or 3)
Current Criminal Record Check
Valid CPR Level B and First Aid certification
Ability to lift and manage up to 45 pounds
Solid communication and organization abilities
