As a Supervisor, you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team setting and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Handle opening and closing procedures
Manage cash, inventory, and staff schedules
Train and support new employees
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Requirements:
Previous experience at Tim Hortons or similar rapid-food restaurant
Leadership or shift-leading experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours
