Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Support the serving team by preparing orders quickly and accurately during busy hours
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and kitchen operations




Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Skills
Experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment use
