Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Subway Sandwich Artist to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing fresh sandwiches and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Duties
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to Subway standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS if applicable.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
Restock supplies as needed and assist with kitchen organization to ensure smooth operations.




Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, or special requests professionally.

Qualifications
Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the food industry.
Knowledge of food preparation, serving, and food safety practices is advantageous.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
Prior restaurant or food industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
