Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately, following established recipes and standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry and payment processing with accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bar or beverage settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
Experience in hospitality environments that require serving alcohol responsibly is a plus
