Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our energetic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively during projects
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other trades
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system specifications
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all work activities
Requirements
Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within commercial or residential settings
Solid mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction-related tools
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and carpentry principles is a plus
Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transportation between job sites
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely
Knowledge of schematics, assembly procedures, and basic math skills necessary for precise measurements
Experience reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing systems is essential
