Associate Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Effizient Immigration Inc. is an Immigration Consulting firm based in Kitchener, Canada. We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and deliver results.
- Understand Canadian immigration legislation and VISA documentation for various VISA types.
- Coordinate with IRCC for client related queries.
- Take appointments with clients, provide advice, and act as Commissioner of Oath when needed.
- Represent the client officially for filing.
- Oversee all aspects of visa and immigration service to ensure a smooth process.
- Interview clients and assess eligibility.
- Ensure all visa and immigration documents are completed on time and accurately prepared.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Stay up to date with changes in legislation and take full responsibility for all immigration operations.
Qualifications
- RCIC License required.
- Commissioner of Oath designation preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and related software.
- Ability to prepare files from scratch to submission ready.
