About the Role The Business Enablement Automation Team (BEAT), part of TD’s Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (IA CoE), is responsible for delivering automation and process improvement solutions that increase capacity and enhance the colleague experience across the enterprise. As a Senior Analyst , you will be a subject matter expert and leader in automation, driving end-to-end delivery of business automation initiatives. You will primarily use the Microsoft Power Platform to design, build, and deploy scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency and enable innovation. What You’ll Do Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Design future-state ("to-be") processes using Lean principles Develop and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Conduct research and analysis to solve complex business problems Manage automation projects end-to-end: Track progress against timelines Identify and escalater risks Lead multiple initiatives independently with minimal supervision Contribute to continuous improvement of automation delivery models Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations as required Act as a technical leader and coach for team members within your area of expertise Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using:



Microsoft PowerApps Microsoft Power Automate Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with: Business partners Technical teams Senior executives Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines Strong experience in: Change management Working in ambiguous environments Ability to work independently as a senior/lead analyst Proactive, highly motivated, and organized Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship management skills Solid understanding of Lean process improvement methodologies Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA Experience building dashboards using: Power BI Tableau Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), such as UiPath Compensation Philosophy TD is committed to fair and equitable compensation.
