Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000Reference Number: KU10062025We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role ofQuality Manufacturing Engineering.The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirementsPerform root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions for product or process non-conformancesSupport manufacturing operations through process capability studies, control plans, and continuous improvement initiativesConduct internal and supplier audits to verify adherence to customer-specific quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMaintain and update quality documentation and inspection criteriaAnalyze quality metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to managementParticipate in external audits from customers and regulatory agenciesKey Skill Requirements:Strong knowledge of quality systems and root cause analysis methodologiesExperience interpreting engineering drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, and other quality tools and software such as ERPExcellent analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skills with the ability to influence across departmentsDetail-oriented and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindsetFlexibility to work on tasks in parallel and adapt when priorities changeAbility to develop written procedures and instructions in collaboration with manufacturing and QA requirementsKey Experience/Education:Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or related Engineering field2-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing quality engineering roleExperience working in a regulated or standards-based setting. Typical standards are ISO 9001, CSA N299, CSA B51 and CSA N285Experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code considered an assetCQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or related certification considered an assetAudit experience / training considered an assetApplication Information:This role is full-time.
