Reports to: Assistant Manager / Manager

Division: COWS Ice Cream

Summary of Position:

This person is responsible for the day to day operation of the ice cream counter. This person is accountable for leading the ice cream team in providing “World Class Service” to our COWS customers.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Demonstrating COWS World Class Service
Greeting and serving customers
Being a team builder and team facilitator
Being a liaison between staff and management
Opening and closing the store
Preparation of bank deposits
Handling voids
Responding to customer and staff concerns
Recording daily temperature checks and waste as required
Preparation of all menu items
Preparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishes
Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings
Handling cash – making change
Maintaining the fresh dairy clean atmosphere of the COWS store
Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times




Assisting in the training of staff
Other duties as assigned by the Manager / Assistant Manager

Physical Requirements:
Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists
Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Standing for the duration of the shift

Reliable transportation
Availability from mid-June to early September
