Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving all types of sushi rolls in a quick and timely manner
Able to create the best quality dishes in a fast-paced workplace
Ensuring quality checks of dishes are up to restaurant standard
Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
Maintaining a positive and professional work environment
Monitor food stock, as needed
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
MUST hold valid work permit in Canada at the time of applying
1yrs+ experience in roll making or background in working at Japanese restaurant is an asset
Understanding various cooking techniques required for Japanese food
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
A passion for Japanese and Asian culinary art and flavours
Able to communicate in English or Korean
Knowledge in food safety
Strong responsibility for their duties

Salary:
Depending on experience
Tips, overtime pay
