Rutherford’s Market is looking for a friendly and reliable part time team member to join our growing market in Colborne.

We are a local market focused on great produce, quality grocery items, and friendly service for our community. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in keeping a clean, well-stocked market.

Responsibilities
Assisting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
Operating the cash register and handling transactions
Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays
Assisting with produce displays and product rotation
Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Helping with general day-to-day market tasks as needed
Assisting in the garden centre and bakery when needed

Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting light to moderate items
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Retail or grocery experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
