We're looking for an HSEQ Coordinator to support our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) programs and foster a proactive safety culture.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll support the administration and continuous improvement of our HSEQ and ISO 9001 Quality Management System by:
Coordinating employee training and recent hire orientations.
Investigating incidents and quality non-conformances while managing corrective actions.
Monitoring HSEQ metrics and reporting trends.
Supporting COR and ISO 9001 audits.
Maintaining HSEQ documentation, procedures, and records.
Managing Workers' Compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
Supporting contractor compliance programs
Assisting with safety meetings, toolbox talks, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
What You Bring
CRSP designation or working toward it
3–5 years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Experience with ISO 9001 and COR audits.
Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation,
Workers' Compensation, and WHMIS.
Experience with SiteDocs and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
