Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a robust understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Take orders from customers, ensuring correct food and drink delivery while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cashiering duties with precision and integrity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations.
Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.




Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures for beverages and related items.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred, especially in bartending roles.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements.
