Summary

We’re seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the liaison between our customers and technicians, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their vehicle repair process.
Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options clearly to customers.
Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on this metric.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service in the automotive industry.




Robust upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment.
