Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations.
Manage pain control strategies and coordinate care for patients with dementia or requiring senior care.
Provide patient education on health conditions, medication use, and lifestyle modifications.
Assist with laboratory testing, review results, and incorporate findings into treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.

Requirements




Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification.
Proven experience in nursing home, hospital, or home care settings; pediatrics or senior care experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and laboratory procedures.
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including children and elderly patients.
Ability to perform clinical procedures like phlebotomy and manage dementia or acute care cases.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in case management, pain management, or laboratory work is desirable.
Ability to work independently while adhering to healthcare standards and protocols.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
