Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant tight knit culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet service standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment
Support meal preparation during busy periods to ensure effective service

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Robust understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
