AZ Driver – Shunt Truck Operator (Temporary)

E.G. Gray Transportation Ltd. is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused AZ Driver for a temporary shunting position at our Peterborough location. This role is ideal for a retired driver looking to stay active and work consistent weekday hours.

Available Shifts
Day Shift: Monday to Friday
Night Shift: Monday to Friday

(One position available on each shift.)

Responsibilities
Move trailers safely within the yard and between designated locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate documentation as required.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and yard personnel.

Qualifications
Valid AZ Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Previous shunting/yard experience is considered an asset.




Solid attention to safety and detail.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
