Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Toronto. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. The successful candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient HR processes and compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and company policies.
Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
Robust knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
