Shape the future of client strategies as the National Client and Market Strategy Leader at Doane Grant Thornton. Focus on market insights, portfolio strategy, and commercial viability in a supportive, community-driven environment. This pivotal role reports to the CEO for strategy development and ties into execution efforts with the COO.

You’ll engage with National Service Line Leaders to define target markets, evaluate service offerings, and build current value propositions. The focus on collaboration and a strong commitment to exceptional client experiences sets the stage for meaningful contributions. Key Responsibilities:
Define target client segments for strategic growth
Evaluate product and service portfolios for gaps




Recommend investments in new offerings aligned with demand
Collaborate on brand and marketing strategy development
Establish pricing models based on value and outcomes Requirements:
Proven experience in building and scaling services
Robust commercial instincts for business cases
Ability to translate strategy into execution
Exceptional leadership in client experience initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, CPA/MBA preferred Drive client-focused strategies and elevate market offerings with Doane Grant Thornton's cooperative culture.
