An established and values-driven manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. This position is ideal for an HR skilled who enjoys working in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience. The successful candidate will oversee all core HR functions while helping foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities - Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives - Support employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies - Develop, maintain, and interpret HR policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace standards, and health & safety requirements - Support compensation, benefits administration, attendance management, WSIB, LTD, and return-to-work programs - Partner with managers and supervisors to provide coaching and HR guidance - Coordinate training initiatives,



including legislative and safety training programs - Participate in workplace investigations and promote a safe and respectful work environment - Maintain HR records, reporting, and day-to-day HR administration Qualifications - 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing - Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation including ESA, OHSA, Human Rights legislation, and Pay Equity - Experience supporting Health & Safety initiatives and Joint Health & Safety Committees - CHRP or CHRL designation considered an asset - Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment What We’re Looking For We are seeking a confident, approachable, and solutions-oriented HR professional who leads with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
