Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Follow health and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards at all times

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation,



cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food handling procedures
Excellent serving skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
