Job Summary

VP’s Cleaning Service is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Light Duty and Heavy Duty Cleaners to join our growing team. As a Cleaner, you’ll help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming workplace in a variety of facilities. This role requires a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.
Use hand and power tools safely for specialized cleaning tasks.
Move and lift furniture or equipment as part of deep cleaning or site setup.
Provide courteous and professional customer service to facility occupants.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules.
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning operations.
Support maintenance efforts and custodial duties as needed.
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding assignments, scheduling, and repairs.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience in commercial or custodial cleaning (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and proper tool use is an asset.
Strong time management and task prioritization skills.




Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Proactive approach to cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.

Requirements:
Valid G2 Driver’s License
Own vehicle preferred
Must be open to long-distance travel and out-of-town assignments When needed.
Flexibility in responsibilities – duties are not limited to one role or task
