What You'll Do:
Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and end of shifts
Promptly clean up spills to maintain a protected and productive workspace
Wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery quickly to ensure continuous availability
Receive and organize equipment and ingredient deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and order in food and supply storage areas
Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g.,



peeling and chopping vegetables) as needed
Report any hazards, incidents, or damaged items to supervisors or management
Support end-of-day cleaning to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day
Lift and move heavy boxes weighing up to 20 kg
Restock clean plates, utensils, and glassware as needed
Assist cooks and chefs with minor food preparation tasks
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in all work areas
Always follow health and safety guidelines

What You'll Need:
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
Prior restaurant experience
Food Handler Certificate
Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
