We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions and perform cashier duties with attention to detail
Prepare food items following safety and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas according to food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Assist with food preparation when necessary, including basic kitchen tasks




Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Positive time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash transactions and order calculations
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales opportunities
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
