Lead and supervise service delivery for persons with Autism
Mentor, coach, and conduct performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage operational budgets and report variances
Develop positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
University Degree in related field required
5 years of experience in human services
Solid knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
People management skills, including training
Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
