We are seeking a passionate and talented Mixologist to craft extraordinary cocktails, tantalize taste buds, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:

-Create cutting-edge, handcrafted cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and unique techniques.

-Develop and update an enticing menu of signature cocktails, seasonal specials, and classic favorites.

-Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized cocktail experiences.

-Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and other bar ingredients, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and mixology techniques.

-Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Collaborate with the bar team to maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.





-Contribute to a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Mixologist in a high-end cocktail bar or similar upscale establishment.

-Demonstrated expertise in mixology, including a solid understanding of flavor combinations, techniques, and presentation.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively within a team.

-A passion for creativity and a willingness to experiment with unique flavor profiles.

-Familiarity with local and international cocktail trends, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and qualified growth.
