You will conduct thorough investigations, assess data, and verify services with providers and clinics to combat fraud. Robust problem-solving and communication skills are essential for documenting findings in client-facing reports and collaborating with special investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations of assigned cases from detection sources
Analyze data with Analysts to identify fraud




Document outcomes and proposed resolutions per policy
Write detailed reports on investigative findings
Recommend actions to mitigate future fraud risks

Requirements:
Post-secondary education (degree/diploma required)
Minimum two years' experience in investigative or analytical roles
Robust decision-making and communication skills
Bilingual in French and English
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Access
